Description

1930 certificate for shares of 6% cumulative preferred stock in Radio Music Company.  597 shares (par 0 each); embossed seal, couple vertical folds and a rather nasty tear at upper left, but low serial number of 4.  12 cancelled revenues on back; certificate with large "cancelled" endorsement.  Sent folded.
