Softbound with full color glossy covers, 344 pages, printed on 8½ by 11 inch paper. It contains over 700 listings and over 500 photos.  Compiled by Dick Hanscom, this is the culmination of over 15 year of data collection. The data includes place of incorporations and dates, color of front and back of the stock, capital stock issued, description of vignette, size, printer and any other information that may be available. Prospectuses and historical photos are used to complement the listings.
Included are stocks from railroads, airlines and other transportation; gold, silver, copper, platinum, coal and other mining; refining and smelting; banking and other financial; oil and petroleum; fishing and packing. The stocks are fully indexed by company name and other key words in the company name.  Appendixes are provided that will aid in the identification of stocks that are not listed.
