Return Policy
At LuxShop NYC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. In the event you are not, we accept returns on all items expect Skincare. To start a return, please contact us via the Contact Us page and request to initiate a return. Please note that all opened items will be refunded less shipping costs (to buyer) and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the buyer and we strongly suggest using a traceable shipping method as we are not responsible for returns not received. Once a return is approved, an RMA will be issued. Please make sure that the RMA is clearly labeled on the package so your return can be processed correctly.
Please make sure to include in the package as well the following:
- eBay Username
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- eMail Address
- Item(s) Returning
- Reason for Return
Once processed, you should expect to see your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that any packages returned to us as un-deliverable/refused will be refunded less a fee of .95. In the event that you would like the item re-shipped to another address, an additional fee of .95 may be required.
Payment
LuxShop NYC only accept payment made via PayPal. PayPal allows customers to use MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Cards as well as any major US bank account.
We do not accept any other payment methods at this time.
Shipping
All items listed for sale ship via our standard "Flat Free Shipping" Items may be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, UPS or DHL Global Mail. Expedited and Overnight Shipping is available for an additional fee, please contact us for further info. All ordered received by 10:00 AM Eastern usually ship the same day. Estimated shipping times depends on ship to location.
Tracking information will be emailed once order is shipped.
Please note the DOT regulations restrict certain items from being shipped via AIR. At this time we cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Additionally, certain items may not be eligible for expedited/overnight shipping options.
