Double End Lathe Chisel Made In New Zealand

Up for auction is a
Double Ended Lathe Chisel Made In New Zealand.  Anyway, that is what the guy told me that I bought it from.
The handle is 15" long and about 1 1/4" in diameter and weighs a little over 2 pounds.  It has a comfortable rubber type grip with small ridges for grip.  Each end of the handle has a hole to receive the chisel and secure it with 2 allen head screws.  The hole goes all the way through the handle.  This unit only has one chisel and there are allen head screws in only one end.
The cutter blade is about 9" long and is 1/2" in diameter.
The only markings I can find on this item is on the cutter and it reads "NEW ZEALAND".
