All new FR-1.3 is identical to the FR-1.2 but has upgraded thru-hole to accommodate 14mm axles
The thin wall design allows for use with cones and locknuts, saving you time and hassle
Now has longer splines to fit 10-speed freewheels currently made by Sun Race and DNP
Works great with the Park Tool SR-11 Sprocket Remover, which can be found in the Trail This eBay store
A 1 inch base allows the FR-1.3 to be easily used with most wrenches
