Robert Sorby 1/2" Round Nose Scraper Chisel.  Measures about 16 1/2" ion overall length.  It is in good condition with no signs of abuse.

When possible, I use USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate and Regional Rate boxes which will allow me to ship multiple items together at a decent rate. I normally ship within two days of the receipt of your payment, but I show a 3-day handling time to cover unforeseen circumstances.
