These pierce-less way covers are
easy to install with no tools needed and stay on with just pressure.
Protect your investment, protect your  lead screw/ saddle from damaging shavings and while your at it, give it some color. This pierce-less bellow cover system allows no drilling and fast quick access for lubing. The center plates are held in place by screw hardware and the leading/rear plate through
"tight fit"
pressure or when needed, alternative holding options around the rear column and front stepper motor .

- The leading and trailing plate have been machine "tight fit",  thus eliminating the use of any hold down apparatus such as springs, Velcro, or
rubberband.
- Should you need to hold them tighter do to wear, etc., have no fear, POCKET EARS on the leading and trailing plates have  been made to accommodate a        holding option.
- Mini inner plates provide better matting between bellows and plate , thus better seal between plate and covers.
- Inner plate has oiler and cap head clearance holes for newer models (thanks PETE).

Minimal Y axis lost in travel and long lasting thin poly plastic bellow covers that withstand most cutting fluid and oils.
