A beautiful cameo slide necklace with guard/watch chain attached below with a spinning Roman coin pendant.
The gold tone chain on this necklace is 30" long and the cameo slide is 1/2" high .
It ends with a spinning 2 sided Roman coin head & symbols pendant, which is removable so a watch or other pendant could replace it.
The necklace is in excellent vintage condition.
